We ask that patients with symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath or recent exposure to COVID, reschedule their appointment until clear of symptoms for 2 weeks.
When you arrive at Arizona Dermatology, you will be screened for signs of infection, with a temperature check and screening questionnaire. All employees are screened prior to entering our facility.
Hand sanitizer is available to you throughout the check-in, visit and check-out process.
We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care while maintaining a safe environment for all. Our offices follow strict standards of infection control and prevention to maximize your safety and ours. Every surface of Arizona Dermatology is sanitized prior to your entry. The Arizona Dermatology staff wear personal protective equipment during the entire business day.
To create a safe and secure environment for our patients and staff during the COVID-19 outbreak, visitation will be limited to patient only (except for minors or patients requiring a caregiver).
Masks and Personal Protective Equipment:
Patients are required to wear a face mask upon entry into any of our locations. We will provide a face mask to patients in need. Those who do not comply will be asked to leave the facility.
